Pom Pom Bagels

Pom Pom Bagels is an independent café in Lagos, Portugal, built around a commitment to sustainability, community and conscious living. As the business grew, it wanted its visual identity and customer experience to better reflect these values across both digital and physical touchpoints. I worked closely with the founders to strengthen the brand through creative direction, content creation and marketing design, developing social media content, photography and printed collateral including menus and loyalty cards. The approach focused on creating a warm, authentic visual language that celebrated the personality of the business while reinforcing its environmentally conscious ethos. The result was a more cohesive brand experience that strengthened customer engagement and created greater consistency across the café's online presence and in-store experience.
